Parent Luma may collect account information such as name, email address, password hash, email verification status, and login/session metadata.
When you choose to complete profiles, we collect child profile information, parent profile information, home environment details, schedule feedback, and generated schedule history.
2. Child and family information
Parent Luma is designed for use by parents, legal guardians, or authorized caregivers. Child and family information is used to personalize parenting schedules and related recommendations.
Do not enter emergency, highly sensitive, or unnecessary information. Parent Luma is not a medical, mental health, emergency, or diagnostic service.
3. How we use information
We use your information to create and manage your account, verify your email, generate personalized schedules, improve future schedules using your feedback, provide downloads, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
4. AI processing
Parent Luma may send relevant profile, environment, and feedback information to an AI provider to generate personalized schedules. We aim to send only the information needed for schedule generation.
AI output may be imperfect. Parents and caregivers must review all schedules before using them with a child.
5. Security
We use technical safeguards such as encrypted sensitive fields, secure cookies, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and restricted account access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data export and deletion
You may export your account data and request/delete your account from the dashboard where supported. Account deletion permanently removes your account and related profile, schedule, feedback, and session data.
